I accept PayPal and credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. Sorry, no checks or money orders.  Please pay within 24 hours after purchasing.  

I also offer payment plans for items $100 and over.  Please convo me for details.


Please contact me right away if you have any issue with your order, it is my wish that you be completely satisfied with your new piece of jewelry. I handle returns on a case by case basis and if we decide that a return is needed all items must be returned within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and returning the item in its original condition.

Sorry but I do not accept returns/refunds on any custom order.    


All metalwork jewelry will be packed in a gift box which will be mailed in a bubble mailer.  To keeping packaging costs to a minimum, I ship most of the upcycled leather items in a ziplock bag. If you require a gift box, please convo me.
DOMESTIC Shipments should be delivered within 3 to 10 business days after shipping.  All domestic (US) orders are shipped USPS 1st class and also come with delivery confirmation and a tracking number. Once your package has shipped I will send you a message to let you know it's on the way and to give you the tracking information.
Multiple items may be shipped in the same package. If you would like each item in an individual package or box please let me know. If you would like a special gift tag, please let me know as well.
Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or misdelivered. If this happens, I will do my best to help track down your package with the post office, but cannot guarantee that it will be located.
INTERNATIONAL Shipments should be delivered within 10 to 30 business days after shipping.  I cannot be held responsible for any delays in Customs as those are out of my control.
INTERNATIONAL shipping is sent USPS First Class Air Mail with insurance.  Please be aware of any additional fees your country may charge including customs duty, fees, VATS, or taxes owed.  These will be the purchasers responsibility.  Your shipment will include a packing list that will list the full description and purchase price of your item, matching the Customs Form.  Please contact me as soon as possible if your item is lost in transit or received damaged and unusable. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
CANADIAN shipping: If you are a resident of Canada your item is sent out USPS 1st class mail.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:  If you would like to upgrade to priority shipping, please convo me with your shipping address and I will get you a quote.
