Charred
“Charred”
This painting was inspired by all the wildfires that have wrecked havoc on our forests and landscapes in our country and also Canada. And because our new “government” has decided to layoff and cut funding to forestry departments, and National Parks across the country. Which makes no sense to me at all! NOTE: Depening on the light where you hang this, blue tones or dark green tones or grayish tones come through the black background. Painted with an acrylic mix in a “drippy” pour on 12” x 16” x 3/4” canvas stretched on wood. Painted black on the sides so it’s ready to hang. Sealed with UV protection sealant. Painting is signed and dated.
