PAYMENTS
You can pay with Credit Cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay.  

SHIPPING
I am currently only shipping within the USA.  I try and ship within 3 business days for items listed in the shop.  Custom Order shipping to be determined depending on your requirements at time of quoting. I ship USPS 1st Class and USPS Priority.  If you require special shipping please message me before purchasing.  You will receive a message with your tracking number when shipped.  I include insurance on all orders $100 and up.  If you require insurance for orders less than $100, please message me when purchasing and I will adjust shipping cost.   

REFUNDS/RETURNS
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.  If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please message me at [email protected] with info and photos within 7 days of order receipt.  
Please know your correct ring size for finger you are going to be wearing your ring on.  Jewelry stores usually don't charge to measure your fingers.   If ring is a wider band I recommend sizing up 1/2 size.  I will note this in products description.  

Please make sure you know correct size of your wrist when purchasing a bracelet or cuff.  Using a soft tape measure and wrap around just below wrist bone.  Or if you do not have a soft tape measure, you can use a string and then measure length on a ruler or tape measure.  No refunds for ordering incorrect sizes of rings or bracelets/cuffs.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. If you order a custom piece then I will need to collect some detail information from you in order to make your piece.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
I only share your personal info to shipping companies and only what’s pertinent for them to ship your item(s).
