If Only The Flowers Could Talk

“If only the flowers could talk”
Acrylics on 12” x 12” x 3/4” birch wood board. Started this piece about awhile ago but just couldn’t get it right……nothing looked how I wanted it to, to reflect how I’m feeling the past few weeks. I’ve painted over it a few times but it just wasn’t doing it for me. I got up this morning after about a 400 mile round trip yesterday where I had plenty of time to think. And decided to finish it today. Not a lot changed from the original a week ago but I think this is how it needs to be. So I ask you, If the flowers could talk what do you think they would say?
Signed on the back, sealed and ready to hang.

Most of my art is inspired by my favorite places to be…..the mountain lake areas and the Pacific Coast, fields of wildflowers and wildlife within my home state of Oregon. I hope my art brings a smile to your face.
