Waking Up

A majestic grizzly bear just awakens from his long winter nap. Strolling through the wildflowers, looking for something to munch on this beautiful sunny day. Although we do not have grizzlies in my state, I have seen them while traveling through Montana. They are absolutely beautiful creatures.

An original painting done by me using acrylic paints on live edge wood slab. Measuring 9” at widest point x 10-1/2” at longest point. Wood has a sawtooth hanger on back making it ready to hang (no frame required). Sealed with UV protection sealant. Painting is signed.

Most of my art is inspired by my favorite places to be…..the mountain lake areas and the Pacific Coast, fields of wildflowers and wildlife within my home state of Oregon. I hope my art brings a smile to your face.
